Terms and Conditions:

  • Includes one replacement / repair per item.
  • Items lost or stolen 72 hours after delivery are not covered by the plan.
  • Please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Support Team and we will gladly replace the item.
  • Damaged item needs to be returned at the customer\'s / owner\'s expense before a replacement item is shipped to customer / owner. 

Materials

We use laser cutting to create our designs from 16 gauge mild steel, which is powder coated in a range of colors for both aesthetic appeal and durability. This ensures that our signs can be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors, and that they will remain in pristine condition for a lifetime.

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products, each order is custom made so please allow 5-7 days from the time the order is received and allow 2-4 days in transit.  We only ship to the USA.

Returns

At Kith and Kin Forever, we appreciate your trust in
our personalized metal wall art. Once you've approved the personalized artwork rendering, which we will email to you, your order becomes non-refundable unless there's a production flaw or shipping damage. To process a return due to damage, kindly send a photo of the damaged item and
packaging within 48 hours of delivery to info@kithandkinforever.com.
We are committed to resolving any issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
