We take great care in crafting your sign, but please handle it with care, as some designs may have sharp edges.

 

Ensure that your artwork is securely mounted on the wall.

 

Each piece is powder-coated, making it easy to clean—just wipe it down with a damp cloth.

Some signs have pre-drilled holes for easy mounting. If your piece doesn’t have these holes, here are some installation tips:

With small finish nails use the cut-out sections of the design to secure it to the wall.

Consider using double-sided VHB tape for a firm hold. Remember, this option is semi-permanent.

For a more dynamic display, use stand-off screw mounts to achieve a 3D effect on the wall.

Production Time

All of our metal wall art is made to order and each one is hand crafted by talented artisans here in the USA. Once we receive your order, it is carefully reviewed and checked that the text placement will provide the best finished product then it is put into the production schedule.

Our skilled team of craftsmen run it through the cutting, polishing, powder coating, baking and packaging.

Our typical production takes from 5-12 business days.

Shipping Time

As soon as your order has it’s shipping label created you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. It will have the tracking number for your convenience. Your order will be placed with either the USPS, who may use contractors, or UPS. Most orders arrive within 5 business days.

We really enjoy creating custom designs for our customers.

Due to the length of time it takes a designer to create a custom design there may be times when we are not able to accommodate an order. If we are able, we will work with you and communicate personally to ensure you receive the design that you envision.

You will need a description of your design idea and, ideally, an image.

The size of the piece (14”, 18”, 24”, 30” or 36”) and the color of the powder coating, black, red, copper, white or silver).

  • Any specific instructions
  • All custom designs must be paid in full in advance of design creation.
  • Discounts can not be applied to custom designs.
  • Once your design is created we will provide a proof for your approval to modifications are included in the design fee but additional fees will apply to modification beyond two.
