As soon as your order is received and any personalization is verified either by the preview feature on the product page or by product proof approval via email your order will be sent to production.  It may take 3-7 business days for your order to be prepared for shipping.

Standard shipping may take 3-5 business day

As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
